It was great to see all our future and present customers and partners in the beautiful city of Barcelona, Spain at the Oracle Retail Industry Forum 2017!
During the two days at the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel, Oracle has showcased V16 key features and capabilities, success stories on cloud and a chat bot implementation in the omni-channel solution set. Customers have also shared their stories of success from implementation, upgrades and migrations to the cloud in all areas of the retail business portfolio.
Customers shared their current and recent implementations, experiences, learnings and advice with the audience. Representatives of over 60 retailers were present at the event.
During breaks and in the evening, networking with peers and customers is always a great opportunity to catch up on latest news, successes and challenges while exchanging ideas and lessons learned. The Oracle Retail User Group also assembled to introduce new members of the Oracle Retail customer community to existing customers and to encourage retailers to share their experiences with each other directly.
