Quickborn Consulting sponsored the 4th FMCG & RETAIL ARENA 2013 – the central event of regional FMCG & RETAIL industry – held 23rd and 24th September, 2013, at Hotel Metropol Palace in Belgrade, Serbia.
On Monday 23rd, Quickborn participated as one of the panellists in the “Leaders’ Roundtable: Lessons Learned & Key Success Factors for Survival – Regional Experiences” discussing the challenges and opportunities facing the FMCG & Retail industry in the past and in the future.
As a sponsor of FMCG & RETAIL ARENA 2013, Quickborn also hosted a workshop on Tuesday 24 September around a topic “Criteria for successful ERP implementation in Retail” focusing on the key challenges in Retail ERP implementation projects and introducing tools and strategies for successful implementation projects through examples and customer experiences.
