Quickborn Consulting is a diverse team of retail consultants, passionate about solving challenges in the retail industry. Our expertise covers all areas of retail business and all Oracle Retail solutions and underlying processes.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead based in France, preferably Lille area. You will act as a trusted advisor for our retailer clients. You will work closely with both our services delivery teams and our clients to manage ongoing delivery activities, plan, coordinate and prioritize deliverables, follow up on post-delivery performance of completed and support management in maintaining a strong relationship with our retailer clients.

You have strong organizational and communication skills, work well in a multi-cultural environment with teams remotely and onsite in person as well. You are proactive and plan ahead to pre-emptively mitigate future risks in the delivery of our services. You enjoy solving complex problems and working in a team.

You speak and write English and French well and communicate well with others both remotely and in person. You are a business level user of Microsoft Office and other similar products.

Experience in retail or a related business field is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Work with retailer client teams and our service delivery teams to organize and manage ongoing services and project delivery.
• Plan ahead to consider and pre-emptively mitigate future risk in the delivery.
• Communicate effectively and support management in maintaining a strong relationship with our retailer clients.
• Learn new skills and acquire new knowledge continuously both in our structured training program and autonomously on an ongoing basis.

Qualification

You have university degree in business, commerce, IT engineering or computer science, preferably with 10+ years of experience. You are able to travel up to 50% of time. Experience in retail is a plus, but not mandatory. You have experience in services delivery, preferably with retailers, and have relevant prior experience in a similar role working with large businesses managing delivery of complex consulting and IT projects. Experience in working with remote teams and using collaboration tools such as Slack, WebEx, Zoom, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
